Order Cancellation Before Shipping Out

Submitting a cancellation request before order ship out will not guarantee a cancellation success. Customers will receive an email confirmation if the order is successfully canceled.

Order Cancellation After Shipping Out

Free returns within fourteen (14) days of delivery.

a. To return an ebike that is not defective or damaged, you must contact at within fourteen (14) days of your receipt of the ebike.

b. The ebike must have less than ten (10) miles on the odometer ( Return request will not be approved if there are more than ten (10) miles on the odometer ), be free of any wear and tear, dirt, dust, fragrance, or any other signs of use and must be in the same packaging and condition that you receive it and must include all items that were inside the box (charger, keys, hardware, etc.).

c. You must receive prior authorization and a prepaid return shipping label from YADEA.

d. Any warranty issues must be resolved prior to processing a return.

e. Returns are not allowed after fourteen (14) days of the delivery date. Unless there is an extremely serious non-artificial function damage and needs to pass the assessment of YADEA

f. After we have received your return package and confirmed that the package is complete and the product is unused and in good condition. Please note there will be a restocking fee of $200 (per bike unit) deducted from the final refund.

  1. Pre-Orders and Backorders and Pre-Order/Backorder Cancellations. Our backorder process is for ebikes that have already been available but are temporarily out of stock. For all pre-orders and backorders, your credit/debit card will be charged immediately. There will be no delay in payment collection, regardless of when the item is expected to ship.
  2. Accessory and Replacement Parts. Any purchase of accessories or receipt of a replacement part under the Limited Warranty shall be eligible for return within fourteen (14) days of receipt. Any returned accessory or replacement part must be unused, free of any wear and tear, dirt, dust, fragrance, or any other signs of use and must be sealed and unopened in the same packaging and condition in which you received it. You will be responsible for paying for shipping both ways and will be subject to a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee.
  3. Non-returnable/non-refundable Items. Used Products, batteries, special orders, sale items, gift cards and gifted orders shall not be returnable except in EXTREME cases of breakage/malfunction covered by our warranty, and then only after receipt of our approval for the return. “Built and Delivered” fees are nonrefundable.
  4. Any item returned with an order that used a discount code will have the entire discount code value subtracted from the refund value, whether you return one ebike or multiple ebikes.

Refunds will be made after the Ebike is received and inspected.

  1. Please ship all approved returns using the shipping label provided during the return merchandise authorization process.

Non-returnable Items Include, But are not limited to

1.Product from Unauthorized Reseller/Individual;

2.Damaged item caused by human factors;

3.Gift cards;


5.Non-physical products.

For Our E-Scooters

1. Within 30 days from the date of receipt,  because of a mistake on our part (like shipping the incorrect product, quality problems, etc),we will provide a full refund and we will cover the return shipping fee. Please contact us for the return shipping label;

2. Within 30 days from the date of receipt,  if the scooters are never used, and the packaging, accessories and body are intact, that is, it will not affect the secondary sales, we also accept the returns but you will be responsible for return shipping costs. We could offer the return shipping label or you could choose the logistics company as you like;

3. Within 30 days from the date of receipt,  if the scooters are lightly used( for example, the frame is free of scratches and bumps, and the tires are slightly worn), we also accept the returns but you will be responsible for return shipping costs and 25% restocking fee. We could offer the return shipping label or you could choose the logistics company as you like;

Notice: All returns must include the original packages and accessories.

So we suggest you keep the original packages at least for 30 days.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

* Book with obvious signs of use

* CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, in about 7-14 working days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items:

For sale items that can not be refunded will be specified on the product page.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return. 

How to return your order:

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please make sure to contact our customer service at before sending your return item.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer directly.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless your item has been damaged or defective on your first receive. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when shipping high-value items. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
