When working with a Mississauga job-agency, how much do you rely on their industry focus versus their location?

  A few months ago, I signed up with a Mississauga job agency that had a great local presence, but they didn’t specialize much in my field. They were super helpful with general advice, but the roles they sent didn’t really match my background. It made me wonder — is it smarter to stick with agencies that focus on your industry, even if they’re not nearby, or does location still matter more?
