How to calculate CSPA for children of EB-3 applicants

  Can someone calculate CSPA for my son who is now 19 years old. I don't understand how to determine this at all, all the articles say different things and I don't know what to do. To be exact, he is now 19 years and 2 months old. I would appreciate your help.

  Have you already applied for an EB-3 visa or not? Because you did not indicate this, and it is very important for the calculation. I can roughly calculate for you (if we take into account that you just applied, for example, if PERM filed April 1, 2025). PERM 12-month processing time, then it will be April 1, 2026. Let's say you file I-140 on May 1, 2026, then your son will be 20 years and 3 months, which is less than 21 years and he will be able to apply for your visa.
