What's better: Adjustment of Status or Consular Processing?

  I am currently in the United States on a temporary visa and now I have to fill out the I-140 Petition for Alien Worker under the EB-3 visa category. I must choose between these two processing options for obtaining my green card. If anyone has gone through this entire visa process, please advise which is better.

  I received a visa under the EB-3 visa program and I chose Consular Processing on the I-140 Petition. I am currently helping a friend of mine with the same visa and we were recently doing some research and came across a video on the topic of EB-3 Visa Consular Processing . Maybe this will help you make a decision. I wish you to get your visa as soon as possible, I know it takes a lot of time.
