How to choose software for time tracking?

  I work with remote employees and want to implement time-tracking software. However, there is one point: I need the system to take screenshots of the screen but without total supervision. That is, I want to monitor their activity, but without unnecessary invasion of their privacy. I need the worker to feel that their personal space is being preserved, but I also need to be able to monitor whether tasks are being completed within the allotted time. Maybe someone has experience with such systems?
