What Internet is best to choose for a tourist trip?

  I do not travel often, but when I go away, the issue of the Internet always arises. I want it to work reliably, but at the same time I do not have to spend a lot of money or look for SIM cards in an unfamiliar city. What are the convenient options?

I want stable connection without spending extra money or running around a new city searching for a local SIM card.
