    Many of us often think about which oil to use, and olive oil is always at the top of the list. But what makes it so special? How do you choose the right olive oil for a particular recipe? Which oil will help to reveal its flavor best? What flavors do you like the most?
    Italian, Spanish or Greek oil. Each of them has its own characteristics. Which one has become your favorite and does it affect the overall taste of the dish?

  • When I need to emphasise the natural taste of a dish, I take a certain type of olive oil. But it wasn’t continually like that. Before, I just took the first oil I came throughout at the shelf. Over time, I started out to strive different types and found out that every of them provides something different to the food. Once I attempted mixing special oils to get an uncommon bouquet of olive oil flavor and this opened up new notes for me. Now I select oil as cautiously as every other product, because I found out how much it affects the final flavor of a dish.
